These are contracts where whales are betting small dollars on outsized moves. Expected hit rate is 2–5%. Sized correctly, they're a scalable kicker on a directional thesis you already believe in — never a standalone strategy.Cap your daily lottery spend at what you'd throw away without flinching.

Filters: whale must show SWP (sweep) / BLK (block) / UNU (unusual rule) OR vol/OI ≥ 2×.

$/contract = premium ÷ contracts (single-digit = classic lottery).|Move → 3× = rough underlying % needed for premium to triple.|Age = how recently the whale hit the tape.

ICT Target (Daily) = nearest unmitigated FVG or OB in the trade direction on the DAILY timeframe. Priority: FVG > OB > swing hi/lo. LuxAlgo-style OB (body-based, 1.5× impulse). Daily HTF levels are the strongest structural magnet for price.

Profit @ Target = per-contract profit if underlying reaches the ICT level (intrinsic + shrunk extrinsic).Multiply per-contract by the size you'd buy — e.g. 10× or 50×.

Score = vol/OI × 2 + whale $ + sweep/block/unusual flags + move-to-3× × 15 + freshness × 10.
